Specialist, Member Support

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Member Support Specialist to assist in running the People department. You are responsible for providing support to current and prospective members via various communications outlets. (i.e. Email, support requests, discord, etc).

  • Assist with membership requests such as re-activation, processing of LOAs, updating account information, etc.
  • Identify member needs and help members use specific features
  • Monitor member inquiries on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Requirements

    • 16 Years of Age
    • Active in Discord
    • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
    • Positive attitude, detail and member oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
    • Fluency in English
    • Ability to participate in staff meetings on Discord. (General staff meetings are held monthly and Ops staff meetings held when required.)
    • A minimum of 10 hours per week to dedicate to roles and responsibilities at AAvirtual (Will vary from week to week)
